Happy New Year
As we reflect on an extraordinary and challenging year, we are reminded how important high standards of customer service are, along with a flexible, streamlined and solid organisational framework that is filled with a team of dedicated and loyal staff, that can adapt to changes quickly and efficiently.
We wanted to evaluate how our customer service, operational framework and staff had faired this year, and one of our key measurement methods involved our Annual Customer Survey, which is conducted every December. Here is a quick summary of our findings.
According to our customers, we were able to deliver a high standard of service and support during the year and our customers feel valued, find the products easy to use, are willing to recommend us and are delighted with our helpdesk support and the support of our front facing staff too.
This year, we also wanted to find our Net Promoter Score, which has been rated at 70.
Our sincere thanks to everyone who took the time to complete our survey. The feedback has helped us to understand where we need to improve and where to communicate more effectively, as well as what we need to include in our development roadmap and what changes we can make to operate more effectively.
We are very mindful that this positive feedback would not have occurred without our incredible staff and their unfailing dedication, professionalism and support, We are also delighted that their efforts have also been recognised impartially by others who matter the most.
