 A New Case Study has been uploaded this month, regarding Yorkshire Water.
Yorkshire Water provides 1.7m households and 140,000 businesses with water and sewerage services. They manage the collection, treatment and distribution of water, supplying around 1.24 billion litres of drinking water each day. They also collect, treat and dispose of about one billion litres of waste water safely back into the environment everyday.
Customer Service is a passion to them and they wanted to ensure that they continued to offer the best service to their customers.
