 To Illustrate how we are customer lead in the development of our products, National Express' unique requirements have lead us to produce a new Team Leader Module for the Qe2 system, designed for Quality Review purposes.
If you wish to review team appraisals, the new Team Leader module allows you to view specific teams and add your own comments to the appraisal review.
This module can help with a multitude of quality performance and audit assessments, for instance train the trainer reviews, to allow input and comment from a Lead trainer, Departmental review comments, and regular audit reviews.
