 With the introduction of FSA rulings, relating to keeping records of transactions, and the continuous need to offer excellence in the competitive world of vehicle insurance, Carole Nash, one of the UK's leading insurance specialists, has chosen a voice recording and agent assessment solution, supplied by Computertel to help them stay ahead of the race.
Their primary need was a solution that would integrate with their In-house Data Capturing system, Mysis and that could store transaction information for a long time. They also required a system that matched their budget. Their search lead them to ComputerTel, who offered them the Orion voice recording solution and the Qe2 agent assessment software package, which could integrate with their system.
After numerous meeting and discussions to create the perfect solution for their company needs and requirements, a professional and strong working relationship had been formed between both companies and the contract was awarded. The solution is currently being installed and implemented, with a proposed go live date of November.
