ComputerTel have used case Studies in their marketing operations, to tell the customer's story for a number of years, but one particular study was brought to life, at this year's Call Centre Expo. Howard Dove, Call Centre Manager for Holiday Extras, the UK's market leader in holiday extras;- airport hotels, parking etc., was a key note speaker at the expo. This was an opportunity for the real grass roots story to be told, of why they implemented the call centre technology they use and how it has increased profits, since it's inception eighteen months ago. Amongst the technology mentioned, was ComputerTel's voice recording and agent evaluation solution, tailored to Holiday Extra's specific requirements. Howard Dove enthusiastically delivered his story to an enthralled audience, during the expo, in Birmingham, this September. ComputerTel's Managing Director Philip Haynes said "We believe that our customers are the best ambassadors to impartially comment on our products and services, so we are delighted that Holiday Extras are so pleased with their system that they are willing to talk about it publicly".
