2006 Customer Survey Results Arrived

Following a recent survey that was distributed to ComputerTel customers, via Insitefulsurveys.com, the feedback received from a higher than average proportionate representation of customers were very encouraging.  Specific types of questionnaires were issued to our customer base, dependent on their product portfolio and each questionnaire asked a series of questions ranging from specific product likes and dislikes to usage rates and qualities of the company that made them use ComputerTel Ltd. The following results were shown from the survey. 

  • 89% of customers commented that the best qualities of ComputerTel is their customer service, friendly and reliable staff and reliable equipment. 

  • 91% of customers are likely to continue using the equipment; the remaining 9% were neither likely nor unlikely.

  • 85% of customers are satisfied with their equipment and the other 15% are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. 

  • There was also a pattern created from the “neither satisfied nor dissatisfied”responses.  These customers required the equipment for industry regulation purposes, and did not use it as an operational performance quality measurement tool.

  • 75% of customers used their ComputerTel equipment at least once a week and 35% of these people used it daily.

There’s always room for improvement though and that’s what we will strive for next year!”
