Questionnaires were issued to our customer base, with each questionnaire asking a series of questions ranging from specific product likes and dislikes to usage rates and qualities of the company that made them use ComputerTel Ltd.
93% of our customers commented that they are likely to continue using ComputerTel equipment with an additional 5% stating that they were somewhat likely to continue. 75% commented that the best qualities of ComputerTel is our good customer service as well as the fact that we are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough.
On the ComputerTel equipment side, “Easy to Use” was mentioned by 47% of respondents whilst the ease of retrieval and storage, combined with reliability was mentioned by 34%.
Suzanne Watson, Customer Service Executive commented. “First of all, a big thank you to all of our customers for taking the time to respond to the survey, it was really appreciated. This feedback is extremely important to help us measure how the company is performing through our customers’ eyes and how we can improve our levels of service. It is reassuring to know that the standards have not fallen from last year. The results are really positive, but at the same time we realise that there is always room for improvement and that’s what we will strive for next year! I would like to re-iterate to our customers, that we have an ‘open door’ policy, and should you wish to contact us with any feedback throughout the year, you are more than welcome to do so without waiting for our annual survey to be sent to you!”
