ComputerTel's Orion Professional Voice Recorder was implemented, to make searching and retrieving mission critical recordings quick and easy to achieve. Integrated with the company's Definity Telephone Switch, the Orion recorder can use this switch information to enhance its search fields, like offering a telephone number, Dealer ID and Caller Line Identification, to search by, as well as the standard time and date search option. By adding this additional information into the search filter, a specific call can then be found quickly. Searching through thousands of calls from it's hard drive takes seconds.
